By accessing and using Make a Puzzle, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Make a Puzzle allows users to generate images from prompts, crop these images, and publish them to ConcordPuzzle.com for purchase. Concord Puzzle owns all rights to the generated images and the sales derived from them.
As a user, you agree to use the service in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
All content generated using Make a Puzzle, including images, remains the property of Concord Puzzle. By using the app, you grant Concord Puzzle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, save, modify, create derivative works, perform, and distribute your user content on ConcordPuzzle.com and related marketing materials.
Concord Puzzle handles all sales of the published puzzles. Users may purchase puzzles through ConcordPuzzle.com. All sales are final, and Concord Puzzle reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at its discretion.
Users are prohibited from using the service to share content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable. Concord Puzzle reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at its sole discretion.
Concord Puzzle reserves the right to terminate your access to the service, without any advance notice, for conduct that Concord Puzzle believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, Concord Puzzle, or third parties, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

Concord Puzzle makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Concord Puzzle be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Concord Puzzle's website, even if Concord Puzzle or a Concord Puzzle authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
Concord Puzzle reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do our best to notify you of any changes. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
